THE DULCE BODY POLICY 1. Introduction Thank you for choosing Dulce Body! We are dedicated to providing exceptional and professional beauty treatments, including facials, waxing, and tinting. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refunds policy to understand our guidelines and procedures. 2. Refund Eligibility 2.1. Service Satisfaction We strive to ensure that every service meets your expectations. If you are not satisfied with the result of your facial, waxing, or tinting service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to address your concerns and offer a complimentary follow-up appointment. No full service refunds are available after the full treatment is done, we offer complimentary follow-up treatments, credit or a 25% discount on your next treatment. 2.2. Cancellation and No-Shows As a small salon we are expect the respect of bookings to ensure we have support for that day, we ask a 10% surcharge on all bookings online over $50, this 10% will then be deducted to your service on the day Clients are allowed ONE courtesy reschedule of their requested appointment, If done 10 days In advance. Notices less than 10 days in advance will be subjected to a $50 mandatory rescheduling fee that does not go towards your final end of service balance. Same Day Cancellations & Cancellations done in less than 12 hours to appointment can reschedule however will be subjected to a $75 Rescheduling Fee that does not go towards your final end of service balance. 2.3. Refunds for Prepaid Services Prepaid Services: Refunds for prepaid services are not provided. If you need to reschedule or cancel a prepaid service, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss alternative arrangements or credit options. 3. Service Issues 3.1. Facials Due to the stimulation from phyto-nutrient facials some redness and sensitivities will occur post-facial, along with advanced facial treatments this will be consulted with you prior to your treatment, however if you do have concerns, please contact us within 48 hours. We will assess the situation and offer a complimentary follow-up treatment if necessary. 3.2. Waxing Minor discomfort and irritation related to waxing are normal, however please inform us within 48 hours if you are having extreme reactions like allergies or burns. We will review your case and offer a complimentary touch-up if required, based on the nature of the concern. 3.3. Tinting If you are dissatisfied with the results of your tinting service, please reach out to us within 48 hours. We may offer a complimentary adjustment or touch-up appointment. 4. How to Request a Refund or Adjustment To request a refund, adjustment, or discuss any issues with your service, please contact us on 0421 190 626 or dulcebodyau@gmail.com. Provide your booking details and a description of the issue, and we will get back to you promptly. 5. Exceptions We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our discretion. Certain promotions, packages, or special services may have different refund policies, which will be communicated at the time of booking. 6. Right to Refuse Treatment We have the right to refuse services if you are violent, threatening, under the influence of drugs or alcohol or if you refuse to follow and acknowledge our policies. 6. Changes to Policy We may update our refunds policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and communicated to clients as needed. 6th Treatment or Product Free

Dulce Body – Terms and Conditions for 6th Service or Product Free Offer

 

Eligibility:

The "6th service or product free" offer is valid exclusively at Dulce Body, located at 20 Mayfield Road, Moorooka.

 

To be eligible, clients must complete and pay for five (5) services or purchase five (5) products over a defined period (as determined by Dulce Body).

Free Service or Product:

The free item will be one (1) service or one (1) product, whichever is chosen by the client.

If multiple services are booked, or multiple products are purchased, the cheapest service or product will be provided free of charge.

The free service or product cannot be split or combined with other offers or promotions.

Non-Transferable:

This offer is personal to the individual client and cannot be transferred to others.

The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or used towards gift cards.

Redemption:

The free service or product must be redeemed within six (6) months of the fifth purchase or service.

 

Modification and Termination:

Dulce Body reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without notice.

By booking services or purchasing products under this promotion, clients agree to these terms and conditions.

Returns Policy 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at dulcebodyau@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at dulcebodyau@gmail.com Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC FREE standard shipping is eligible for customers within Australia who spend $100+ and free Express Shipping is eligible for customers who spend $200+ in one transaction. Australian customers will receive a their shipping costs based on the standard rates based on weight. We offer same day dispatch on all orders Monday - Friday as long as they are paid for by 2.00pm. Delivery Options: Standard Shipping: Please allow 5-10 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email. Express Shipping: Please allow 2-5 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email. *Delivery times may vary as Australia Post and Aramex can experience delays from time to time that are beyond our control.* You can estimate shipping times to your home using the AusPost calculator below. Our location is Mt Ommaney, 4074 DELIVERY TIME CALCULATOR INTERNATIONAL At this stage we do NOT offer shipping to international customers. Shipping Protection (optional) - covers customer in case the product is lost, damaged, or stolen during shipment. Please notify us via email and we will send out a replacement as soon as possible. Tracking Numbers: Once your order has distpatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email which includes your tracking number.
