Service Description
Our hydra facials are a great way to cleanse, extract and hydrate your skin for glowing results! Our process is to double cleanse, followed by the hydra-dermabrasion procedure, following a concentrated mask, and phyto-skincare to finish. Hydra-Dermabrasion Facials are different from Microdermabrasion as we use a botanical infused solution for specific skin concerns (congested, dull, sensitive or anti-ageing) to boost the treatment along with removing superficial skin to reveal fresher skin. For best results, we recommend getting hydra-facials every 4 - 6 weeks using salon grade skincare. Limited use of skin actives 48 hours before receiving your hydra-facial and ensure you let your beautician know if you are on any blood thinning medication or acne medication.
Cancellation Policy
We ask a 10% surcharge on all bookings over $50 online, which will be deducted on the day of your finalised service. This is to ensure your booking for the day. Same Day Cancellation & Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost that does not go towards your final end of service balance. No-Shows: If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 50% of the service cost in your next appointment if you choose to rebook. Rescheduling: Clients are allowed ONE courtesy reschedule of their requested appointment, If done 5 days In advance. Notices less than 5 days in advance will be subjected to a 50% mandatory rescheduling fee that does not go towards your final end of service balance.
